Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has introduced the acquisition of Dyste Williams, a Minneapolis-based retail insurance coverage company. The acquired firm makes a speciality of business traces, worker advantages, and private traces providers within the Higher Midwest area.
Ted Dyste, Nels Dyste, and their group will preserve their present location, working underneath the Gallagher Company Alliance division. They’ll report back to Jen Tadin, who heads Gallagher Choose, the corporate’s U.S. property/casualty operations for small companies and private insurance coverage.
The acquisition, introduced on March 3, 2025, goals to strengthen Gallagher’s small enterprise capabilities. Gallagher Company Alliance particularly focuses on merging with companies specializing in small enterprise property/casualty insurance coverage and worker advantages. Monetary phrases of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
